The video flight of The Last of Us of HBO shows Joel and Ellie together on horseback

A newly filtered video has emerged from the HBO Set The last of us, and shows Joel and Ellie mounted together on horseback. The video was shared for the first time on Twitter by the user @Donicache, who was able to catch the actors during the filming last week. Interestingly, Joel's actor, Pedro Pascal, clearly caught @donicache at the act of filming, pointing at his camera and offering a smile as he passed. On Twitter, @Donicache said that Pascal was happy about the day with that little recognition, while several of him poster partners pointed to him. Naturally, the filming team may not have been so happy!

While Pedro Pascal is clearly the star of the video, we can also distinguish Bella Ramsey as Ellie. The star recently told the BBC that The last of us is the greatest thing I have done. That is a bold statement given how big Game of Thrones was, but Ellie is one of the two main stars of the game and the series. That means a focus of attention much larger than the one who saw Ramsey in the previous program, where she was part of a great set.

Presumably, the horse that is seen in the video is destined to be Callused, a horse that gave them the two of Joel's brother, Tommy. However, it is not clear if that will continue to be the case in the adaptation of HBO, since there are several questions about how close the program will be adhered to the original material. Some of the leaks we have seen point to the possibility of changes with respect to the original history, and Neil Luckmann has already indicated that the program will include material that was eliminated from the PlayStation game. Given the passionate The last of us then, it seems likely that the rhythms of the main story remain the same, but the fans will have to wait patiently to see it by themselves!
